Washington Collectors Association is the state unit of American Collectors Association International (ACA) - the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals.  ACA is a worldwide trade organization with over 5,500 members.  ACA offers information and education on compliance issues as well as guidance for agencies that want to enhance the efficiency and profitability of their offices.  Members of WCA hold a mandatory dual membership with ACA.
