Benefits
 

The benefits of membership are many, but perhaps the most important benefit is the opportunity for members to interact with each other and share information and ideas on an informal level. Unit meetings, education seminars, and the annual business convention offer a terrific forum for members to talk shop, renew old friendships and have some fun at the same time.

While it is true that WCA members are actually competitors, members have learned that by pooling their many resources, both the collection industry and its members are beneficiaries many times over.
